PRODUCT INFORMATION

Pepper export from Vietnam is considered as the biggest supply all over the world, contributing 1/3 of global production and over 50% of trade volume (about 150,000 tons per year). HAPROSIMEX JSC is one of the leading pepper producers and exporters in the country.

Understanding that quality is the key to ensure long-term and repeated orders, our experienced team is working hard with supported by the most modern technology imported from Europe and two dedicated cleaning lines, a steam sterilization machine. We can commit a high standard of pepper to specific requirements.

– Grades available: Fair Average Quality (FAQ), Machine Cleaned (MC), ASTA 560/570 g/l, 5mm bold, Steam sterilized (HTST), Rainforest Alliance pepper (RA).

– Capacity: 20,000 MT per annum.

Packaging materials are PP bag, jute bag or paper bag.

WHITE PEPPER

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our quality of white pepper is processed under natural method taking from black pepper. Drying and cleaning are all through machines which prevent stone, metal, red mud ball, etc. The whole processing line is also controlled strictly by BRC, HACCP, ISO 22000 system.

– Grades available: White pepper 630 G/L DW FAQ, White pepper 630 G/L DW machine cleaned, White pepper 630 G/L DW steam sterilized (HTST).

COCONUT

 PRODUCT INFORMATION

Desiccated coconut (DC) is coconut meat which has been shredded or flaked and then dried to remove as much moisture as possible. There are a number of different styles of desiccated coconut used around the world, usually used in making curry, bakery, confectionery, ice cream, drinks and many more.

The desiccated coconuts are graded into two different types: fine grade and medium grade, high fat and low fat. The fine grade is the smallest grading sizes than the medium grade which is quite a bigger in size.

ACMEX has been trading DC since 2002. We supply desiccated coconut high fat both fine and medium grades. Our product does not contain any preservatives or additives.

– E. Coli: absent

– Salmonella: absent in 25g

– SO2: 100 ppm (max)

– Free from foreign matter

– Storage recommendation: Product should be stored in cool and dry place.
